Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that the BrumJam Camp is cancelled, you'll receive 100% of the payment you have made, by cheque. No compensation will be payable, please make sure you arrange suitable insurance for travel or other expenses.

If you cancel and you're unable to find replacement participants, then the following charges will apply from the time we receive your cancellation notice:

Period before departure when notice of cancellation is received Your loss (per participant)
Deposit (per participant) 100% of deposit
Between 2nd January 2012 & 1st March 2012 25% of payment made
Between 2nd March 2012 & 30th April 2012 50% of payment made
Between 1st May 2012 & 30th June 2012 75% of payment made
After 30th June 2012 100% of payment made

Participant Changes

We will make every effort to accommodate additional numbers subject to availability of places. Additional participants' places will be charged the deposit and fees due according to the payments schedule. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy detailed below.
